We are dedicated to uniting people for a lasting solution to poverty. Our mission is to bring individuals, communities, and partners together in a collective effort to combat poverty effectively and create lasting positive change.
Spiritual
Upliftment
Edrhon Ministries offers a time of counselling and prayer to the children. With a background of emotional abuse, trauma, loss, being taken advantage of and much more, the young people have needed help for counsel and guidance in several spiritual matters. EdRhron Ministries has offered a platform for the young person to be heard and helped. Emotional Rehabilitation has been on-going and much is still required. We are grateful that the young people continue to respond positively to all the help being offered.
Academic Empowerment
Edrhon Ministries has journeyed with the Kabira children from that moment when we found them in a very poor mud and wattle derelict structures in Kabira, We have since moved them to an established Christian institution in Mityana called Maranatha Integrated schools Ministries where they continue their academic journey. Seven of them have since joined secondary school and eleven have recently been placed in primary section.
Community
Engagements
We are passionate about fostering a sense of community among children. Our ‘Community Engagement’ program is designed to connect children with their local neighborhoods, creating enriching opportunities for them to grow and flourish. Through a variety of activities, events, and educational initiatives, we empower children to become active participants in their communities
Provison of Necesseties
we understand that providing for basic necessities is essential for a child’s well-being and development. Our ‘Providing Necessities’ program ensures that no child goes without access to essentials such as food, clothing, and shelter. We work tirelessly to provide a safety net for children facing economic hardship, ensuring that their basic needs are met.
Medical
Care
Malaria, typhoid, skin diseases, worms, bacterial infections and more are some of the diseases that have debilitating effects on the children. We have provided every opportunity for medication and medical support to the children. More profession attention is provided by Mityana clinic with which we partner. Edrhon Ministries has conducted regular deworming camps at the Mt Sinai children’s home and even treated the skin conditions successfully. We are grateful that with God has healed all of them.
